I've spent my career working at the intersection of strategy, transformation and execution.
With executive leadership experience across strategy, technology, operations, finance and marketing, I bring a broad perspective on how organisations work - and what gets in the way when they don't.
What I've learned is that progress rarely comes from having the smartest strategy or the most detailed plan. It comes from creating clarity, building alignment and helping people move forward together.
I'm known for bringing people together around difficult challenges and helping leadership teams develop a shared understanding of what matters most. By asking the right questions, listening deeply and connecting ideas that might otherwise remain separate, I help organisations gain clarity, build alignment and move forward with confidence.
I'm based in Sydney and work with leaders across Australia, both in person and virtually.
