Recent engagements

Enterprise Transformation & Growth

A private equity-backed industrial group spanning 14+ entities needed to build enterprise-wide capability while managing rapid growth. Working with the board and CEO, we established transformation priorities, developed an enterprise data strategy and built shared technology and data infrastructure across the group - using data to create visibility across the portfolio and inform investment decisions - while mobilising offshore delivery partnerships to extend capacity and pace.

Transformation Recovery

A major ERP-enabled transformation was underperforming. The reasons weren't immediately obvious. Through structured diagnosis - combining stakeholder input with operational and performance data - we identified the organisational, governance and capability barriers beneath the surface. We then developed an agreed remediation plan, stood up governance and project support, and worked alongside operational teams to rebuild momentum.

Organisational Listening & Executive Alignment

A leadership team under pressure needed clearer direction. Structured listening sessions, combined with performance diagnostics, surfaced operating model, systems and leadership challenges that hadn't yet reached the executive level. Findings shaped strategic priorities, informed executive alignment workshops, and helped the CEO narrow focus during a period of significant change.

Commercial Growth Transformation

A marketing function operating across 18 brands had no attribution, no lead generation and no commercial connection to the business. A diagnostic of digital performance, investment benchmarking and capability assessment revealed the full scope of the gap. We developed the transformation strategy - capability model, technology infrastructure, tiered service model and digital acquisition roadmap - and built the data-backed investment case for leadership.
